However, while the knee pads are decent, they might not be the best choice for individuals with larger thighs. Despite selecting the correct size, I experienced some slippage issues during use. As a result, I'd give them a 3-star rating.

Overall, the arm sleeve stands out for its exceptional quality and comfort, while the knee pads could benefit from improvements to better accommodate diverse body types.
